The JCIA is happy to assist community groups that are interested in cleaning projects in their own neighborhoods. We encourage people to contact our office to schedule container (dumpster) drop-offs in your community.

Roll-off containers are available to any nonprofit organizations that participate in neighborhood cleanup programs. To request a dumpster your organization must submit a letter on their stationary stating the intended use for the dumpsters. In addition, you must complete the JCIA authorization request form.

Our agency will also be happy to provide block associations and other civic and community groups with brooms, rakes, and shovels for use during neighborhood cleanup campaigns. Dumpsters are not to be used for construction purposes.
